How To Make a Molotov Cocktail

Getting into the 4th of July spirit, I thought I'd post some explosives over the weekend. Here's the first:

How To Make a Molotov Cocktail (Incendiary Bomb):
  1. Fill a narrow-neck bottle with gasoline, kerosene, or flammable diesel. Works better if shredded soap or sawdust is added.
  2. Insert a rag into the bottle until one end touches the liquid and the other extends no more than 20cm from the rim of the bottle.
  3. Seal the bottle tightly with string or tape.
  4. To activate:
          a. Hold the bottle in one hand with your arm extended.

          b. Light the rag with your other hand. (Using a lighter, match, whatever)

          c. Immediately throw the Molotov Cocktail at your target with enough force to break the bottle upon impact.

Stealth Fighting Technique #1 - The Belgian Takedown

After the recent post about fighting, I would like to show you all another way of fighting:stealth. It's very effective, but can only be used in certain occasions (in which the opponent is particularly vulnerable). Luckily, right after performing the fighting technique I published earlier would be a pretty good time to use this. Here's a simple move that works quite well:
Good luck!

Fighting Technique #1

So let's say you're in a low-grade fight, no lives at stake, no master fighters involved, just one-on-one normal fighting. Most people think the winner is the one who is the the strongest, the fastest, etc. This is not true. The winner is the one who is the  smartest. A weak man with a strategy will almost always beat a strong man with no mind. Though most effective fighting must be done instinctively, here is one technique to fall back on if need be.

  1. Wait for the first punch, DO NOT STRIKE FIRST. This leaves you both accountable and open for counterattacks. Just wait. Aggravate them if necessary,  but be patient. They will strike.
  2. When the punch come grab the wrist of the opponent on the arm he is punching you with. You may also grab the fist itself, since it is easier to grab, but it is harder to hold on to (especially if you have smaller hands).
  3. Keep a firm grip, and twist the arm back around the person, and, while moving behind the person, move the wrist to the back. Do this in a fast but controlled motion.
  4. If you can hold on, pull them closer, and knee them behind their kneecaps. If done right and with enough force, it will bring them down. DO NOT LET THEM DROP YET. They will recover faster than needed.
  5. Quickly move both arms to their stomach (where their diaphragm is, if you are familiar), and press down towards your body with as much force as you can.
  6. LET GO. They will drop to the ground and will not get up for quite some time if done right.
  7. They are now in the most vulnerable position they can be in. Take advantage of that. If they are knocked out and you are done, leave them alone. If not, improvise. At this point, it'd be pretty hard to screw up.
Following this guideline should give you a good basis on how to fight effectively. You may need to change your plan on the go depending on the situation, and this is not guaranteed to work every time, especially if you do not practice this.
